Refund, Replacements & Cancellation


At RedRoar, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. our primary goal is to provide a pleasant shopping experience to our users and customers.  RedRoar offers a replacement guarantee if the product received is;

1. Damaged or defective

2. Lost in-transit

3. Wrong product (Not what you ordered)

Note : For any claims, we require an opening video of the parcel(with the top wrap). This policy helps to ensure that any issues or damages

Other Important Points

Product colour or printing colour might vary slightly based on your screen brightness and resolution. In case of reasonable colour variation 

RedRoarl will NOT provide any return or replacement option. RedRoar reserves the right to decide if the order is eligible for refund (only for Prepaid orders) or replacement.

Returns or exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered by mistake. 

In case of any disputes, The RedRoar can require the customer to ship the item back and after internal inspection of the returned item

RedRoar will either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.

RedRoar reserves the right to decide if the order is eligible for refund or replacement.

Custom products will not be eligible for any kind of refund or replacement unless the product received has any manufacturing defects.

The print quality of custom products will completely depend on the resolution of the image used while customizing the product. The

RedRoar cannot guarantee high-definition print for custom products.

COD orders are NOT eligible for refund. If there any manufacturing errors as accepted by RedRoar , then RedRoar will offer a free replacement of the product.

Finally, if no issues are reported within 24 hours of order being marked as delivered, RedRoar will consider the order is fulfilled successfully

If the address provided by you for delivery is found to be incorrect by the courier personnel, and if an address correction is requested, you

will be charged Rs. 150 + GST for correcting the address after the shipment has started travelling.

If the address provided by you is incorrect or incomplete, and the order is returned to origin, you will have to pay complete forward shipment charge to receive it again.

If you refuse to receive the order at your door or try to reschedule delivery more than 2 times, order will be returned to us and you have to pay complete forward shipment charge to receive it again.

All the products purchased during special offers are not eligible for return and replacement.

We select reliable couriers who have OTP based delivery system. Customer needs to provide OTP once he/she gets the package in their hands.

We will not provide any replacement or refund if customer has provided OTP before receiving their package because there is no way for us to prove if the customer has received the item or not. In such a case customer has to raise a police complaint against the delivery agent and the courier company in their respective jurisdiction.

 

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or

credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Refund processing can take up to 9 business days.

 

Cancellations

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been

processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
