At RedRoar, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and you may receive a damaged or misprinted product. That's why we offer a hassle-free refund policy for all such cases.

If you receive a damaged or misprinted product, you can simply contact us and we will initiate the refund process without asking any questions. We want to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase and that they receive the product they expected. Therefore, we offer an instant refund for all damaged or misprinted products.

However, we do have some conditions for our refund policy. The product must be returned within 3 days of delivery and it must be in its original packaging. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, and (which is the only proof we accept in order to get another new product ) or if it has been used or damaged by the customer, we may not be able to provide a full refund.

Due to the diversity and size of our offering, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving with our valued customer.

As part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible service, we would like to inform you that we do not offer a canceling option for orders once they have been placed.

We understand that there may be situations where you may need to cancel an order, but we regret to inform you that due to our streamlined and efficient order processing system, we are unable to accommodate any canceling requests once an order has been placed.

We urge all our customers to carefully review their orders before submitting them to ensure that all details are correct, including product selection, quantity, shipping address, and payment information.
